tey need to do the same on federal withholding on signers. the politicians just love beating up those that gamble.

If you box 4 horses in the tri for 24 bucks (for example) and hit for 600 (for a buck) they view it as you hitting a 600-1 shot and not a 25-1 shot like they should. You 25 X'd your money and didn't 600 X it.
