Last race Beyer

14 out of the 20 (as of today) have a last race Beyer within 5 pts of the top last race Beyer of AAA, that seems like a lot to me, I think last years was 8. what year was there the most ? I think this shows how open this race really is and I will not fall on a low price.

Seems as if there has been a downward slide of 100+Beyers since about 2005. Maybe I am seeing something that's not there. :confused:

No, I think that is correct.
I think 3 out of the last 4 derby winners last race beyer was below 100 and 2 of those was below 95...

If I remember correctly,I am getting old so don't hold me to that fact

It is funny looking back, I think the only "top fig" horse I bet was Hard Spun. 3 of the first four were Keeneland dirt and I had long since learned to discount those. I do miss the days of betting also rans from the Blue Grass though.
