10 day forecast calls for mid 70's and sunny on Derby Day, but you never know. Even when you know. As far as the late part, Im not sure I follow you on that part...

My posting was not up to my usual tough standards. My apologies for that.

Weather : Has been wet off and on. Workout schedules have been
disrupted etc. As for the Late Date : May 7th is the latest day that
the Race would ever be run. First Saturday in May.
It struck me that the weather and the date could cause some
unusual training patterns. I have been sent to the corner of the
room. A dunce cap has been provided. Thanks for all of the support.

Today, the week before the derby and 6 days before the Oaks is sunny and cool (expecting 75 degs. today). Third day in a row for partly cloudy weather. The training schedule should go (have gone) off uninterrupted by bad weather. What happens going forward is anyone's guess. :)
