Twinspires tv wagering issue

Any one else getting not available for wagering by internet or phone on every track in twinspires tv? If I place the wager through twinspires classic the wager is accepted... Is Tv having a software flaw or if I win placing wagers through the classic software will they try to come back and say the system was down? I get the confirmation number and accepted message on classic so I am hoping they are actually accepted. Otherwise I would expect also to be refunded all wagers placed? Any one with a similar experience today or any insight

Losted TV coverage of Woodbine around the 7th race yesterday.

seems like they do have a fair amount of issues. Just hope they are not using this as some bs type of free roll where if I bet through classic and lose they pocket the money but if I bet and win they say sorry the pool was down and you just get a refund.
