The money is coming from the takeout increase of course. They're expecting to see 25 million in additional revenue due to the takeout increase...because it worked so well at Santa Anita and Golden Gate.

I'm still curious as to where the money came from at the just concluded Santa Anita meeting. If, as some have speculated, handle was down 100 million from last year, then some folks that are practitioners of voodoo economics have cooked the books.
