Scott Lake became the first to complain after the posts were drawn. "Just my luck. 2 Breeders Cup Sprints and I draw the 1 hole last year and 2 hole this year."

That one hole enabled his 40-1 shot Thunderello to get the lead and take advantage of the inside bias for a 2nd place finish. Had he drawn outside he probably would've finished far back. Apparently Lake would rather get hung out 5 or 6 wide on the turn while fighting for the lead.

Thunderello and Scott Lake. Toccet and John Scanlan. Two really nice horses destroyed by greed. Maybe Lake will meet with Gill who will call Sosa who will call the lab and get the potion that will go undetected and produce the desired results just one more time; regardless of ther post position.
