This heart stuff is kind of weird. I have seen many heart patients lately. They come in all different shapes and such. It's scary......especially when I see the very thin guys having heart problems.

Mack, I watch 3-5 twit shows a week. download em some, others on the Ipad etc.

Leo is building a new place, bought a whole new building not far from the cottage. He is putting in some nice stuff. Going to be State of the art. He is rumored to be knocking down some real bucks now.

I haven't seen or heard of the article that shows that sitting increases your risk of a heart attack. I does cause major problems with back pain and shoulder problems. It can also cause other problems as seen below.
