Been trying to get ahold of these guys for the last week to subscribe..Tried calling...leave a message...but no return call...Also have tried emailing them...same...no response...Are they still in business?

Yeah, I get that. Why have email though? Only fair since I said the same about BRIS.

Depending on how bad you wanted to hear from them sending one email and waiting months seems odd. We all know emails can go kittywampus.

In fairness to HDW, their CustServ has always been exemplary.

Maybe they have blackballed you as a potential rival.
