Read a classified ad in the Racing form yesterday called the 12 Theory. Author claims the 12 Theory can find fake speed in a race[ chalk ] and if you have a 12 Theory horse you have the winner.
Paper and pencil method,book Has a web site but not much information.

Anyone Have it and does it work. I would appreciate knowing.

Is that the system where if you use his method to bet the exacta, then someone else is likely to run 1-2?

Buying a theory out of the paper is riskier than betting with the money! I would never sell a good system. Beyer "sold" a method for calculating general figures, which is ok and more legitimate.
