a disclaimer...I bet the #2 and he had beaten the fav into defeat when the acting job came into play...they were a bit tight to be sure but the horse was beaten all the same...whatta crock!

The #2 most likely had put the #1 away but he most certainly caused the #1 to lose 2nd or 3rd spot so I would have to say the decision to take the #2 down is correct. It shouldn't matter that the #1 was simply beaten but that the action caused him to falter and lose other placings.

I had 20$ to show on top 3....... I thought the fave was beat and would have ran 4th anyway. Tough one to lose
