What is the % of horses that are "first time lasix" while making their first start in the U.S.A. from all foreign countries, and what is their winning %

I have been told that 2nd time out lasix is the time to bet.

best guess is that it depends on the trainer and time laid off and etc.

I would say that 100% go first lasix, and the win percent is 10-15%.

In Southern California a small percentage of first time starters do not get Lasix.
However, I won't bet a first time starter who isn't on Lasix.
To me that's usually a sign that this trainer isn't that serious today.
On occasion I've been fooled. But in general, So Cal first timers do not win unless they are on Lasix.
