The scary part is they're probably going to lower the marksmanship scores too.

Makes sense to me. When these "African-Americans" were pushed through Dumb Down U, the country has to adjust its test scores' requirements to accommodate their lack luster academic achievements. Just another way of leveling the playing field -- not by challenging them to do perform better, but by pandering to them and reinforcing their acceptability of mediocrity.

By allowing stupid people the vote?

The good thing about democracy is that regardless of the outcome, we only have ourselves to thank.

Thank...or blame? Speaking for myself, I have never been grateful for my stupid decisions or actions.

For the good or bad, we are responsible.

Truth is, I've profited more from bad decisions than good ones... Although I didn't think it at the time.

Test is culturally biased.

Life is culturally biased, who will lower the score for them in the other facets of their life? But let's give them a gun and a bucket of tax payer dollars and the ability to ruin lives at will

Btw, I hear the Asian types do pretty damn well on the culturally biased tests

I know you were most likely being sarcastic Dave........

This is a bad idea, New Orleans did the same thing (lower recruit standards) back in the 80's, and it lead to Cops running protection for the drug dealers, and a murder rate that was second to none. Ultimately a couple of cops were sent to death row for carrying out a hit on a witness.

In socal, pretty much all one needs to join the LA County sherriffs dept is a pulse. Orange County Sheriffs Dept is not much better - the FBI should investigate the county jail system.

My best friend is a defense attorney in New Orleans and his clients are acquitted on a regular basis simply because the cops cannot follow procedure, stay within the bounds of their job AND the law, or fill out simple reports.

Keep lowering the standards for law enforcement and pretty soon, not only will the trucking industry be outsourced to Mexico, so will law enforcement.

Viva la revolution!

That's right. Nannies do not have any badges.

We've gone from the cop of the world to the world's nannie. Or is that wet nurse?
