Has anyone figured out yet why with over 2700 horses stabled at Santa Anita they will still cancel their wednesday cards because they cannot fill their races. Whats with california racing. The east coast is really dominating the racing industry. Then again quality horses race at quality tracks, but Santa Anita is a quality track.. Very confusing.
