I cannot believe that both Mike Smith and John Shirreffs did not win individual Eclipse Awards.

How can this be?

Don't they both ride and train the greatest Horse who ever lived?

How could Dominguez and Pletcher have won these awards?

I think the Moss's did both Smith and Shirreffs a disservice by not firing up the PR machine to get both of the these guys awards. I mean aren't they the best trainer and jockey going for the last 3 years?

Just sayin, Mike Smith in 2010 had 545 starts for 81 wins (14.8%) at 8.6 million while Ramon Dominguez in 2010 had 1474 starts for 369 wins (25%) at 16.9 million. IMHO, I would have voted for Dominguez and not Smith.
