There might be something happening here.

I have volunteered some of my time with HANA for two years now and I can't quite think of a time like this - signups, blog hits, everything.

I am terrible at spin so it is not that, and I could be completely wrong, but something is happening, in my opinion.

It's called the Internet,It's much more difficult for incompetence to hide.

i just wonder where the new govenor of california stands on this matter. i think he likes horseracing, i doubt if he is to happy with the way things are being run there though in reguards to horseracing. i also wonder what kind of power he has over the chrb.
