Has anyone ever heard of these speed figures? I saw them referenced on another board. I googled them and their just was too many links, none of which seemed to be for speed figures.

I used their service about a decade ago; at that time, they were primarily a trip notes service that also provided speed figures. They only covered NYRA tracks. The trip notes were fairly detailed, but the figures were pretty ordinary. I don't honestly know what they've done as far as expanding coverage for other tracks since then.
