Living in New York we are still sorta in handcuffs. Until now I couldn't watch any in-state track with Twinspires just wager (can now do both as of last week). Xpressbet and every other ADW doesn't either offer NY video or restricts NY residents from viewing the stream. Xpressbet doesn't even allow wagering for any NY tracks other than NYRA from NY residents.
