Parx Race 5 Sunday, HPI showed both parts of the entry scratched and on the betting interface, both parts of the entry also were shown as scratched. However the 1a was still in and of course the 1a went on to win as a 2-1 fav. I wonder what recourse is available to bettors who weren't watching the live feed to see the 1a was still in, probably none considering it's HPI we're talking about here.
