Excel switches

Is it possible to open Excel with /switches that would take the user directly to a specific file, as WELL AS opening the FIND option (Ctrl+F)?

excel.exe /r c:MyFile.xls

then follow with another command for Ctrl+F?

Or perhaps initiate a macro from the command line to Ctrl+F as well?
