Opening day @ GP

Opening day at Gulfstream is finally here.

I will be looking to play the Pick Five on a daily basis.

Here are my selections for the first four races.

I will post my Pick 5 play a bit later.


1st- Amadorable and Vencedora Girl look very playable at the right price.

2nd- Fundit over Midnight Thunder, Gato Paso and Jilluke.

3rd- Yankee Kitten and Duke of Doom will be my plays.

4th- Launch N Relaunch looks very live. Check out Otro Visur who returns after a layoff of over 450 days!

I'll be playing against you in the 3rd. I do fear the 7 Duke of Doom just a little cuz he did what most 2yo firsters can't, win going long while overcoming a little trouble.
I'm gonna try the 3 Strategic Hope. Trained by B. Lynch who was great 2 yrs ago(35% winners) and last year
(20%). Homebred that Lynch is
part owner of. They picked a spot they knew they could win
first out and not likely lose the horse. 1st lasix + all those good
turf works comin' in. Sire's progeny are multiple pts faster on
Turf than any other surface according to graphs. His maiden fig was 3rd best in the field already. Off since mid Nov. With improvement from 2 to 3 and syth to turf...Likely to trip out well with a stalk and
pounce from the rail as well.

6-1 line seems fair. Will take 7/2.

#3 Strategic Hope to win

As my pick @ Gulfstream Race 3 Strategic Hope is also my #1 Pick of the Day

Might still get good odds because GS bettors might not know who the trainer is.
(although this trainer has brought me a lot of grief at Woodbine ALL YEAR)
