"Mystery" Blacksmith fired at Hollywood after Cash Call debacle

Does anyone know who this mystery blacksmith was who was injured and then fired? I read on the CHRB rulings about the Comma to the Top incident and at the end it said, "needless to say, Hollywood will not be using this blacksmith again"

He was also supposedly 'seriously injured" according to Christina on TVG.

Do we know who this was and if he's actually ok?

I'm pretty sure I have talked to this blacksmith before. I know that a blacksmith is positioned at that point in the paddock.


If this person from the article is who I've talked to, that's too bad. I hope the guy is okay. He always seemed nice to me when I've talked to him.
