Fair Grounds Race Course & Slots will increase of overnight purses 5%, effective Jan. 6.

“Bettors have responded to the consistently high quality of racing at Fair Grounds,” track vice president and general manager Eric Halstrom said. “It’s always gratifying when we can offer more money to the horsemen that provide our large and competitive fields.”

PENN running on Mondays and Tuesday evenings unopposed by MNR early on. As a result Charles Town will be free from competition from Penn on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Those will be the tracks I understand and will support.
