The Environmental Protection Agency announced Thursday that it would regulate greenhouse gas emissions from power plants and oil refineries next year, targeting the nation's two biggest sources of carbon dioxide.
As they scurry out of town on the cusp of another big holiday, when they figure few are paying any attention, an agency headed by unelected bureaucrats extends one last middle finger to the country for 2010.
Never fear though because in the announcement it says that the new regulations will create jobs!
"Congress! We don't need no stinking congress"
