1st call-second call-third call-finsh odds speed
r#1 1 * 1 1 * 2* 1/1 95
r#2 1 * 1 * 1 2* 1/1 89
r#3 1 * 1 1 * 2 1/1 93
tol= 3 * t1* t2* t4*==10
take the total of 10 add the lowest odds inthis case 1/1=11
take the highest speed # in this case 95 - 11 = 84
that woyld be his form # play the highest form # to win
throw out winners of there last race
throw out horses who been out of racing more than 50 days
