An apparent oversight for Friday 12/17. There is a "hot combo" going although it's not listed on this site.

TUP --- 7th Race---#2- Rathman-- Chambers/Von Rosen

Okay thanks.
I'll look that one over for tomorrow and add it to the list.

So far it's been difficult to get 3/2 odds or higher for the spot plays.
I figure if you get two or three per week at these lofty percentages,
it should get any player into the black - all without handicapping.

Let's see what happens the rest of the way.

Knight, I can only comment for TUP. You'll almost never get any price whatsoever when Chambers uses Von Rosen. On the other hand, the fans, myself included, back away when Chambers uses Barton.

What I try to do whenever fiscally possible is wheel these well-meant Chambers horses in the DD, Per or Pk-3. I did this in Monday's 1st race. Good news is that I "won". Bad news is that I collected less than I bet. Tough going when virtually everyone expects the winner to win & bets accordingly. We'll see what happens tomorrow.

Stay well.

I'd be careful about ignoring Jake Barton.
That same BRIS list has Chambers appearing with Barton futher down on the list:

Chambers Mike/Barton J 15 7 47%

Chambers/Barton is a better combo to follow than the one with Anne Von Rosen, but for the purposes of this experiment we'll ride it out for a week.

Needless to say, bettors sticking with a minimum odds of 3/2 and
not finding plays are blaming the takeouts. And rightfully so. ;-)

Can somone tell me how in the hell Mike Chambers has a winning percentage of 65% at the Turf this meeting (or whatever the percentage is).

Oh oh yeah that's right, http://www.seattlepi.com/othersports/370563_hoss12.html

purely coincidence I'm sure.

Rathman runs 2nd @ 2-5. Chambers continues with his unworldly ITM % which is now probably north of 90%.

Chambers I believe has won 4 of his last 5 (loser ran 2nd). He has two in tomorrow (12/28). He now is about 62% winners, 92% ITM.

The Parboo / Alvarez combo appears in this week's listing at BRIS (42%)

Also down at Calder, Eddie Plesa jr teaming with Paco Lopez again
after that duo made a good showing at Monmouth this summer.
Also, Jerry Hollendorfer appears no less than four times in the final week of 2010.
