Is there a way to filter Formulator PP lines so that you can see:

1) Only the run lines where the horse was 1st/2nd/3rd?
2) Only the run lines where the horse was X number of lengths or better behind a winner?

The BRIS PP Generator can come close to your needs with their filters but can't do exactly what you are asking.

I would like to be able to filter out only wins.
Seems they could do a lot more if they had any incentive.

If you can get the data files into Excel, the advanced filter will do this for you. I think we've discussed Formulator files and Excel before, don't remember if the ones you have are comma-delimited or not, if they are, you could open them in Excel and apply the filtering to return only the pacelines you want.

If the Formulator files can't be imported into Excel and you don't mind using Bris data, you could use AllData NI_Beta.xls and then create a view that only shows the pacelines you want to see, or you could create a view with all the pacelines, copy and paste to another area, with the field names already there and then apply the filter for the 2 criteria you listed. The filter returns only the pacelines you want to see.

You could record a macro that would do the copying, pasting, and filtering for you, just by clicking a button.
