"What’s the future of The Blood-Horse?”

This is the question many readers, advertisers, and industry partners have asked during the many conversations I’ve had since I assumed the role of Blood-Horse Publications’ publisher and CEO Nov. 1. The answer has two parts.

In my comments below the article I asked for more investigative reporting on corruption, greed, and incompetence in the industry. As far as I'm concerned they should start in California. I included the CHRB/HANA meeting video with my comments so I'm not sure they will put them up.

Over the years I believe that too many journalists have been concerned with not "pissing people off" instead of asking the tough questions. I guess part of the problem comes down to money. I guess they're afraid of losing advertising dollars.

This video is based on a true story. ;)

Why, that's a rerun.

Even F-Troop is colorized by now. ;)

I've been on a mission to increase the number of views. The last thread I put it in got about 80 views. I'm hoping whoever is screening the comments will watch it. Hopefully the person screening the comments is the author of the article who is also the Publisher and CEO of the Bloodhorse.

Ah. I see.
You can do all that or simply write to EquiDaily.

Better yet....
Post a transcript so the bloggers can dissect this fine little Soap Opera.
The scene reminds me of Ron Moss and Katherine Kelly Lang ;)

All quiet about the Life At Ten incident. Industry sweep it under the synthetics.

The Bloodhorse is moderating all posts and approving for publication only the posts it chooses, which is analogous to the industry as a whole.

Bloodhorse- "People, tell us what we want to hear, and we'll basically do nothing."

The bloodhorse is like the rest of the media...a dying breed. The masses have spoken and that is the message boards. We can entertain ourselves with our back and forth banter more so than reading a story that is a week old.
