What ever happened to RaceCom

In the early 1990's RaceCom had a line of Handicapping Software that they advertised in the Daily Racing Form. As I recall, they used cutting edge Neural Network, GA and Chaos Theory technology to model the exact long term behavior and profitability in horse racing.

1. What happened to them?

2. What experiences did any of the board users, if any, have with this software?

Racecom may have advertised that they used cutting edge software but the reviews I read said quite the opposite.
