They were robbed last night.

Poor and impartial officiating in favor of the home team.
Theismann noted that ball "was not a catch". Review did not lead to overrule.

It was a legit catch imo.

I agree it was legit. Certainly not enough to overturn the call. If they originally ruled it incomplete, it probably also would not have been overturned.

The bad call was the non-call when Roddy White pushed off and ended up getting the TD. But with 45 seconds left, the Falcons were closing in on FG range and might've won anyways.

Seattle has looked like crap for a few weeks; time for a sudden form reversal...+3 @ Arizona.

Likewise, Dallas...13 is a lot for a division game, even if it is the underachieving lay-down Cowboys. Take the points.

Bengals will lose, but keep it under the seven. They'll have a chance to win late, but will give up an INT or something stupid like that, in a weekly deja vu kind of way.

As for the rest of the week:

Miami pick---Tenn in a tough spot; 4th road game in last 5 games overall
Minn/Chicago OVER 40 1/2---in recent years these teams often have had high scoring games
Det/Buff UNDER 45 1/2---Buff showing signs of life; 35 pts allowed L2 weeks; Det improved defensively and QB Stafford is out
NYJ/Clev OVER 37 1/2--NYJ 4-0 over the total on the road; Cleve over in 5 of their last 6 games
StL/San Fran UNDER 38--can't see many pts scored here
Seattle/Arizona UNDER 41 1/2--same comment as above
Dallas +13 1/2----when these two teams played 3 weeks ago in Dallas, the line was Dall -3. Yeah they suck but too big of an adjustment, IMO

Adding one and cancelling one other.
Minny/Chicago UNDER 41---line moving the wrong way. Wind will be a factor and should hurt the passing games. Favre has played poorly in high winds in Chicago. My original thought was wrong.

NE/Pitt UNDER 45---major injury issues on Pitt O-line and New Eng just isn't nearly as dangerous w/out the deep threat of Moss.

The NFL can be a dog-eat-dog league, but Vick was really executing out there. He's really injected the Eagles with new life. Sure the Skin's bend-don't-break defense is basically bankrupt, but the Eagles could be BAD NEWZ for playoff rivals.

Tenn -1Ugh. 1-2. 14-10-2 for the season. Bad break for the Texans at the end but that's the way the year has been for me.
