Can you bet Churchill on TVG account?

I deposited $$ this morning and when i call TVG, Churchill Downs isn't a valid track. Can you not bet churchill? I've never used TVG before.

i was trying to wager on race 6 and churchill wasn't a choice on tvg (u have to do breeders cup for the track).. and i saved $50 by getting shutoff at the "window"
