Under "Record Keeping" I posted that a WIN ROI could increase
from 5 to 10 percent (maybe more) with NOT BETTER CAPPING
but by a WAGERING STRATEGY. I was disapointed that no one
picked on that. hehe ....

The reason I did not respond is because I did not see it because you and Hurrikane are on my ignore list! You only because you wrote too many posts I could not understand. That one is more understandable with only a few abbreviations I could not figure out!
