Some notables. Please post some others, people:

Classic:

Zenyatta: 2-1. Seems right, given that she'll be at least a couple of ticks below that if she enters.

QR: 6-1 (!). Tells me they believe there's a real chance he won't make the race. Either that, or they're begging you to bet him. The way he gets bet, he simply can't be fourth choice if he goes into the gate.

LaL and Blame: 9/2. Right where I think they'll be at post time.

Haynesworth: 12-1. Nice price if you believe.

Morning Line: 22-1. Really?

Rail Trip: 25-1. Would have been less than half this before the JCGC.

*********
Dirt Mile:

Crown of Thorns: 6-1. So much for getting a price on him.

Twirling Candy: 20-1. Very nice price if he's going here.

Dakota Phone: 20-1. Would want more.

Sangaree: 45-1. Absolutely worth a shot at this number with right field composition.

***************
Mile:

Goldikova: 8/5. Won't get this price.

Gio Ponti: 5/1. Hope he stays clear of this. Don't want to spread in this race.

Sidney's Candy: 6/1. Not surprised at short price.

Twirling Candy: 10/1. Crazy low odds. Give him no shot in here.

Proviso: 12/1: Big price on a sharp mare.

Court Vision: 14/1.

General Quarters: 16/1: Is he going?

Liberian Freighter: 20/1. Uh, no thanks.

The Usual Q.T.: 22/1. Don't think he can handle these, but I'll bet he finishes ahead of Liberian Freighter.

Mr. Gruff: 45/1. Better suited to sprint, but very talented.

Cherokee Artist: 60-1. Worth a flyer at anything near this price on raceday.

I could see 6-1 on QR. Its like the Derby...good horses at very good odds.

Proviso at 12-1 is worth the bet. Unless all of the Euros show up, she'll be much lower on Breeders Cup Day.

William Hill has Looking at Lucky co-favored with Zenyatta at 4-1 for the BC Classic.

True.
The UK books were generous with Zenyatta's price last year, too.
She was better than 4-1 on the lead up to the race, and only on the day did her odds drop below that - I think they closed her around 7-2, far higher than the mutuel payout at SA.

I remember being amazed watching her win, and breaking even on the race, as I hedged around a 30-1 futures bet on Rip V W

I do like Haynesfield a little, but I think he'll be close to that price (or around 8-1) at post after LaL, Blame, and Zen so I'll be betting him at the Churchill windows. Box up LaL/Blame/Zen/Haynes in the exacta and tri (throw in a few others in the 3-hole). If Zen's out of the money, its gonna pay boxcars.
