Can you take still another one? This one is a bit different, it uses some slightly different criteria, and the results are somewhat surprising. The theme is best run, whatever that means. Some hints; California is only the 2nd worst run state. The worst on the list is one that is very closely associated with thorobred horse racing. A very populous eastern state that is usually on the bottom on surveys is ranked in midpack on this one. One of our female members resides near a magnificent national park in the state ranked as the best run.
