One great thing about him is that he gives a top effort every time, no shutting down when things don't go just right.

Interesting prep for the BCC since the Hoosier stretch is about 20 feet longer than CD's, so Lucky should be set up well in that respect.

He certainly had a dream trip. He'll be a BIG underlay in the Classic, and I like him.

No secret Lucky has been my horse since his 2 yr old season...and how crushed I was at the bad luck he encountered at Churchill back in May...his win on Sat. had me jumping around in our living room...and of all the colts Zen will face in the Classic...he is my greatest fear...if I could pick the ending to the Classic, it'd be Zen by a head over Lucky!!

He will definitely be a strong contender in the Classic. I still like Blame, but hoping Zenyatta can do it again.

Lucky is one of the younger 3 year-olds too isn't he?
I hope like hell he stays fit and runs next year.
A few months ago I probably wouldn't have given him much of a chance in the BCC. Boy was I wrong.
