"Stimulus housing project doesn't float :

An unemployed New Jersey man said earlier today:
"I took residence in a local stimulus housing project.
In today's economy, I took the first quarters I could get. They weren't much...but it was new and unoccupied. There were three other sitters
close by. The new digs looked clean and were all painted blue.
So I was just comfortably seated on the throne of my new flat, and the next thing I knew was bowled over and kicked out by a man from the government
who said:
"Govt?.... stimulus?....We don't give a shit and you can't either...that was just a hot air balloon that we flew. Why did you think it would ever fly?"

At last reports the man is looking for a new pot to piss in.
