:mad: I don't know why I can't figure this out...so I'm asking for help...HELP!!!

How do I insert a photo in a post...from my computer.
Example: A photo saved in my computer in "my pictures' or another folder...I want to use it in a post on the forum...I can resize it...but I cannot figure out how to get the photo into a post:confused: :bang: ...I know copy & paste won't work, and I once tried cut & paste...I can't use the 'add image' thingy that we have ontop of the posts because I wouldn't have a URL for the photo(s)...

in plain old easy terms...please, someone tell me how I do this:faint:

Go into the reply window to a post. Scroll down to the very bottom.
Click Manage Attachments and then upload the file you browse to.

I will post a clip I made of my show hit on Woodbourne up at Woodbine Sunday last, and explain as I go along....
1..type your message and now go down to the next screen, see it?...its titled Additional Options.....
2. choose manage attachments from there
3 from the next screen, "browse" to where the photo file is located on your computer and click upload, close that window and hit submit reply as you normally do sending posts.

if the file size is not too large, everything should work!

One of the reasons Mackinstein posts as many pics as he does is because it's so easy. EASY, I tell you.

In other words, a breeze. A cool breeze. A cool, gentle breeze. A cool, gentle, easy breeze. A 'cgeb'.

Most best to up them pics to a free image hosting site. Like http://photobucket.com/ That way you don't gotta worry 'bout file size er nuttin'.

After you 'up' (that's geektalk for upload) :p yer photo's you'll see this here box.

Iffin you click on the 'IMG Code' if will automatically copy the location of the image. You can then paste that into your post. Paste (ctrl + V or right click 'paste)

Presto.
