Corporations in U.S. should have a corporate status on some sliding scale which matches the ratio of resources and investments HERE vs what they have outsourced, it should equal their benefits and tax exemptions accordingly.
If a corporation has 90% of its labor, investments, manufacturing OUT of America, then their exemptions will reflect that...., what incentive is their for the Government to give benefits to corps whose resources are mostly out the country?
Legal bribes too numerous to name and Lobbyist with bottomless pockets, thats the answer.
Any corporation with that type of outsource disparity should have LESS benefits than the self-employed/ entrepreneur/small business, because it is proven these small businesses generate 70% of the jobs, to people HERE, who spend money HERE, and keeps the money circulating HERE.
The self-employed/ entrepreneur/small business should be getting the majority of the love, the tax exemptions, the subsidies, the stimulus, they truly are the major job creators and innovators, corporations mostly simple gobble up what has already been established , then monopolize the industry with unfair and unethical, but mostly UN-American economic principles.
These corporations are no Patriots, only Patriots of cash , and they will invest and support dictatorships, socialist, communist, fascist, apartheid, nazi's , whatever, what counts is return on investment, PERIOD.
If you move your business out of here, when you sell back here thru imports, you should get an EXTRA penalty so that the edge goes to U.S. businesses that are rooted here, other countries do that, you will not be allowed to put a U.S. business out of business with your cheap slave labor after you moved out.
THIS IS THE REAL DEFINITION OF PATRIOTISM, not wearing cowboy hats, waving the flag, singing and crying the national anthem then continue to sell the floor right from under the citizens, putting them out of work and out of doors.
We have the biggest and best market of premium consumers in the world, why are we kissing other countries asses with this trade imbalance?
If your country does not want fair and equal trade, then go "F" off, U.S. is a premium market, it should be considered a privilege to get in on the trade hear, why are these Government A-holes on both sides selling out?
If you were a Billionaire, you still could not buy a business in China unless your partner was a real Chinese citizen, and then HE would have to be majority partner if you want to do business in China.
Even in the poorest countries, some of them, you CANNOT buy land if you are not a citizen, you can lease forever, but never own.
Why does the U.S. not protect their citizens like others do theirs, you can't go to any other country and not be a citizen or even a visitor and sign up for benefits that many of us STILL can't fathom what they are, how many there are for how much.
ALL parties, democrats, republicans and others on in on the take, but what gets me is that the neo-con rush limbo/hannity crowed have put themselves out their as PROTECTIONIST for big corporations, NOT small business and entrepreneurs whose resources are mostly here. Too odd..., they must get some small stipend like the guys that flood the media formats with purposeful mis-information campaigns, its all and only about the cash, even if you got to make your own mamma homeless, wow.
The Government is permanently compromised, so totally saturated and marinated in corruption that the most skilled surgeon in the world with the the sharpest knife cannot remove or separate the tidbit of healthy flesh from the decomposed necrosis, death is imminent.
