I guess they forgot about dime breakage and even nickel as in NYRA, and went with penny.

As badly as Bris butchers QH charts, anything is possible. Notice that the place horse finished 2nd by a 1/2 length (to his shadow maybe???)

Dang, with the highest mutuel pool in any race under $500, it wouldn't take much to make a minus win pool.

Looked like all 4f dirt races, all winning times were over 2 minutes!!

In response to overflow crowds after slots were installed, Picov converted the main track area into a parking lot.

QH events were moved indoors where Picov introduced QH stair climbing events. When the StairMasters are set for maximum resistance, 2:00+4/5 is a decent time for QHs climbing 4f.

However, the 3.5f event must have been hand-timed at 1:85+1/5 because that seems awfully slow, even for 2YOs.

I did notice the word "Sorrel" if that is the breed racing maybe ythey are as slow as humans! Vet- are you serious or did you forget to LOL? Indoor racing might be an idea, with an indoor golf range in the infield!

This place is actually a farm located about 45 minutes from Toronto. They run these minor races a few times a year. I notice the sign on the 401 on my way to Woodbine. I never stopped to take a look at it. I didn't realize that that had pari-mutuel wagering.

Picov runs quarterhorse races. 3 1/2f and 4f races are actually 350 yd and 400 yd races, the winning time for the first race was 20.38 seconds. I believe that Brisnet's chart info originates at Equibase. The chart information for super small tracks such as Picov, Mount Pleasant Meadows, etc. is often incorrect and or incomplete and can't be trusted. Since almost nobody has an interest in the results of these tracks, the mistakes go largely unnoticed and rarely are corrected (unless somebody complains).

I mentioned it to them about the time they started to sell the charts. Said something like "Since you are now charging for your charts you may be interested in correcting ..." Guess they weren't interested.

You've got it right. They receive data in integer format and automatically convert it to furlongs (i.e. 6.50f comes to them as 650, 4.00 furlongs AND 400 yards arrive as 400) They also don't acknowledge the existence of the 10:00 hour:

race #9 off at 9:53 ; race 10 off at 1:21 :D

Oh well as long as it is not random errors (I hope  ) I can deal with it.
