I used to buy one once a week in CT, and won on 5 numbers years ago.
Never bought one here or anywhere else in 10 years though. But I was helping a friend a regional art / craft show on Friday, got so bored sitting around, one of the sponsors started a Bingo game and I went over to play.
(have never played Bingo, either)
Prizes were stuff out of people's booths, like homemade lye soap, charcoal drawings, hand-painted silk scarves, etc.
29 people were playing. I ended up (graciously) excusing myself from the game because I won the first, the 2nd, the 3rd and the 4th :eek: It was kind of bizarro.:)
when I turned in my card, the Caller said to me: "If I were you, on your way back home I'd stop and buy a few lotto tickets!"
So.....I did.
The rest of the players were happy to see me go.
