This is amazing ..........California cities are considering a "dis-incorporating" strategy to duck their debts. Just dissolve the city and hand it over to the counties.
How would you like to be a vendor that is owed money by one of these cities?
The Unions that are owed by the cities are trying to pass legislation that makes it illegal for cities to file bankruptcy to avoid debts.........
What the hell is next? Just pack up and move in the middle of the night?
