Yeah it's a real bitch though. They are required by the track to give away all the winnings to every other horse that is stabled at every other race track in the country. They also have to fill out thousands of forms to prove that they didn't win more than they are stating. Any "unlisted" wins could result in the connections going to Federal prison.
