How bout that debut at Saratoga.
He did something for a speed type of horse off of an honest half not seen often. He ran his final 1/8 quicker than the prior one. Devastating performance. Not because he won by daylight either.

Uncle Mo

Let's hope that a horse saddled with that name doesn't turn out to be a Derby winner.

Nice win...he's an Indian Charlie out of an Arch mare.

Fager fan...many years ago as we approached the Kentucky Derby, I kept thinking that a horse with the name  Ferdanand could not possibly win the Derby...how would a name like that look in the history books, like, who named this horse??
:D

Five races so far on the main track, through the Ballerina, and all five won gate-to-wire.

Saratoga had a very biased dirt surface yesterday. Nothing could pass the horse on the rail. I'm sure some of the form from yesterday won't be confirmed.

I can just hear the Durkin call in the Belmont, he begins to fade turning for home...."Uncle Mo....has NO MO."
