I had my suspicions for a long time, but now that it comes out that Mayor Bloomberg is hosting a fundraiser for Harry Reid, there can be no doubt that Bloomy is working for the Obama administration. I mean with his devoted support for the ground zero mosque, extolling the virtues of the "great" religion of Islam, hosting Ramadan dinners, etc, and now the Harry Reid fundraiser. come on, give me a break.
I know Bloomberg supports some Republicans also, but the ones he supports are the Rino ruling class types like Mark Kirk in Illinois.
man I really can't stand this guy. to me he represents everything that is wrong. crony capitalism, rule and control of the masses by rich elites like himself. are there provisions to recall elected officials in NY?

Ira Stoll has a copy of the invitation (http://www.futureofcapitalism.com/2010/08/bloomberg-reid-fundraiser), which lists Sen. Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) as one of the guests. The event will take place in Bloomberg's home in New York Sept. 20. Tickets for the event start at $1,000 — raising $10,000 gets a donor billing as an event "chair."
