First the pick 3 on races 1-3.

Try to beat the entry in the jump race...

1st: 5/7/8
2nd: 4/5
3rd: 2/3

12 combos for $5 each for $60

Then the pick 4, races 2-5

2nd: 4/5
3rd: 2/3
4th: 3/4/5
5th: 1/2/3

36 combos at $2 a pop for $72

The plan is to get to the 5th and then hope for a price in that one.


That makes $132, so another $3 on a cold pick 3 of 7/4/2 in the first 3 races.

Ugly fricken races for the early pick 4. Cheapy claimers & a 3-horse field....but since I never met a pick 4 I didn't like, here goes:

1/ 2/ 1,4,10/ 4,7

Race 2:
:1: Stargleam; Englehart is 36% first off the claim & maybe the front bandages helped in last.

Race 3:
:2: Never Right Joey is Pletcher/Velazquez; only has to beat 2 otrhers in this.

Race 4:
:1: Soinlovewithuam I is a Rice firster on turf with "go-to" jock in Garcia
:4: Chalk Player; Carlos Martin great with turfers; has a decent work since his initial start & has good turf breeding
:10: Hessonite is another with excellent turf breeding; chep ourchase has been working steadily for this & gets Johnny V

Race 5:
:4: Lady Alma has been right there with this company; not much to beat here with the scratch of the 5.
:7: Mardi Belle was less than 2 lengths behind Lady Alma after rough start; gets blinkers

#5 Princess Maura is 1 for 4 at the distance; was caught at the wire in last against similar with first time blinkers.

race 9
#1 Antrim Shield; million dollar purchase gets second chance to make amends; Garcia stays
#7 Ryvit; throwout off-the-turf race & he's usually close this year
#11 Grand Prize should get better trip with Dominguez; exits a couple of key races on grass

OK, you saw my analysis of the last 3 races at 'Toga. I have the pick 3 going with the 1,7, 11 (and the 11 is over a grand). I know it sounds like redboarding, but I shall post my winning ticket if, God willing, I hit it (it sonly for a buck).

Excellent breakfast. Good food anytime but breakfast and they carry pastrami and corn beef from New York. Real good pastry to choose from as well. Check it out.
