2 Horses I like today at The Meadows....
Race 5
8 Rose Run Keepsake 4-1
Just lost by a nose at this class last out. Shipped in for that race and went off below even odds. Left from post 6, and was parked the 1/4. Finally cleared, and just missed hanging on at the wire. Draws weak field. Should get an okay price due to Post 8.
Race 13
3 Bettis 7/2
Good Form at this class, and fits the conditions like a glove. Has made $13,000 Last 5 starts, condition is $11,000, but AE conditions is NW7EPMLT. This horse has won 6. Has been a straight closer for as far as PP's show, yet moved pretty early last time, tucking in 3rd at the 1/4, then making a move 1st over to clear, and then JUST MISSED. Very lightly raced this yr with only 8 starts. Looks good from all angles.
