Fractional times missing on Brisnet PPs

Hi all,

I've noticed on my PPs from Brisnet that any race 5 furlongs or lower is missing the Str fractional time. According to the time chart on Brisnet's site here (http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/static.cgi?page=calltimeschart) I should be missing the first fractional time (shorter races appear to have only 3 times recorded for the race). However on my PPs I see the 3rd (Str) fractional time is missing and it's messing up a spreadsheet I'm working on.

I'm having trouble figuring out where the posts are set for different lengths of races. Is there a graphic or a chart that lays them out clearly?

Some tracks don't have the times entered for the 1/4 & 1/2 fractions at 5f.
I don't know why.Could be because of were the starting gate is positioned.
Monmouth Park is guilty of this at times.
