Vegas Phone Betting

Just wanted to let any Vegas-locals that the Station Casinos now offer horse betting by phone. $100 minimum deposit for account set-up, 21 yrs of age, min wagers are $5. Your bets get routed to a live teller at Red Rock Station, but you can set your account up at any of the Stations...but you can only deposit/withdraw from the Station that you set your account up with...you cant deposit at Sunset Station and then withdraw money at Texas Station for example. Now i just have to get the wife to approve the Dish Network/RTN hookup. :) Good racing to all this weekend. rbj

This sounds like the same setup at the Coast Casinos who has had phone accounts for years with their phone room at the Gold Coast.

When they let us place horse racing wagers through the internet then they will really have something to brag about.

Exactly. The guy i talked to said that the Station should have done this 15 years ago, but they were making money hand over fist...i guess things change huh. This works better for me since i live closer to a Station casino than i do a Coast casino. rbj
