Hit the pick 3, but only paid $25 and change. I thought the $9 first leg would get me back my money at least, but the 2nd and 3rd were bigger chalks than I anticipated.

Runweiser was a puzzler to me. Good job to Gomez for wiring them, but I couldn't see it.

Race 9 #4 Forum....have a shot or not? His ML is 8-1 but I am expecting around half that as he looks all set.

Since you asked for an input, I got curious just to have a look at the race. Normally, I would have passed this race. But as for #4, I would put him to show, may be. #10 looks better set than #4. But my guess is that the winner will be one of the 6 debutants (2,3,5,7,8,or 9).

Just my 2 cents. I hope, you don't mind, & I didn't intend to throw you off, from your regular 'capping strategy.

I could be wrong, & #4 may surprise us all (except you). Just kidding!

The 4 is Weaver & he's good with this type; the horse is working well & Castellano returns.
Having said that, I already boxed the 5,8 & 9

Thanks for your input. I am a big Weaver fan (his trainer) and although his overall stats may not point to this spot as a good one, there are other factors that warrant my play. He is deadly with JJ up (he's a good turf jock as well) and this guy has 3 works over the Spa turf and a dirt bullet coming in. He was well bet in his debut and IMO the 2yr old crop at CD this spring is quality and have raided NY well this summer. Plus, Weaver has some other angles at play here. However, this is a nice field he's in against and I will use him with about five others...we'll find out in about 45mins :)
