Apparently being the leading trainer in 2009 does you no good in 2010. Ms. Rice was ticketed for driving her golf cart down Nelson Ave. and had the cart towed from the "scene of the crime" as Arlo Guthrie would say. Apparently there is no love lost for some on the backstretch.

My money says the Saratoga County DA's office kicks the citation with an apology.
Just because somebody is issued a citation, doesn't mean there's a fine or points.
