What if Hollywood Park doesn't close down?
Stronach wants more dates, lets say the CHRB grants him anything he wants. (6 months of racing,) then out of the blue, Hollywood Park gets permission from Bay Meadows Land Company to operate another year or the Board of Directors of Hollywood Park buys out the race track from the holding Company.
What happens, Hp goes dark, or the CHRB retracts the dates and give them back to Hollywood Park.
In my gut, I feel the President is doing everything on this planet to keep HP where it is and to stay where it is.
Now what will Stronach do?

If anyone watch the movie, The Amazing Howard Hughes, with Tommy Lee Jones, one would understand what type of individual one is working with. (Rent the movie) Both of these men fit the profile. Wealth and Power does change one mind from reality to beyond reality or live in another world. This shows how one man can destroy anyone working around him and what happens to other people who work for him.
